Our Founder
A visionary leader and entrepreneur with a passion for technology and digital transformation, Muhammad Sameh is the Founder and CEO of multiple ventures across the digital landscape.
He is a pioneer in Egypt’s internet service industry, having co-founded Internet Egypt and Internet Misr 07775000, one of the nation’s first and leading internet service providers. His leadership was instrumental in building an integrated communication network and enhancing the user experience across the country.
Sameh’s impact extends beyond his entrepreneurial ventures. As Chief Digital Officer at Telecom Egypt, one of the region’s largest operators, he spearheaded the company’s digital transformation, including igniting the development of Telecom Egypt’s Tier 3 Data Center. He also served as a board member for two of Telecom Egypt’s subsidiaries. He has held key leadership positions at prominent IT companies, including Chief Commercial Officer of Egynet (Etisalat ISP) and VP Growth of Benya Capital, where he drove significant advancements and growth. Most recently, Sameh served as CEO of IM Holding, a regional data and digital-driven technology investment provider in the MENA region.
In addition to his leadership roles, Sameh is a board member and co-founder of various startups in diverse sectors, including technology, education, manufacturing, fintech, and digital services. His commitment to fostering innovation and growth across industries underscores his dedication to shaping the future of business.
Recognized for his contributions to the industry, Sameh was awarded the CxO Operator of the Year in the MENA region in 2019 and the IoT Innovation Award at the London World Summit the same year.
An alumnus of the American University in Cairo with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sameh also holds a master’s degree in Technology Management from Nile University. He further honed his business acumen through the Executive Education Program in Growth Strategies at Harvard Business School in 2015.
Leveraging his strategic thinking and extensive experience, Sameh provided professional training and consultations to leading international companies and institutions, including McKinsey Middle East, Sense Strategy, Alphasights, BPL France, Nilepreneur, the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology, and the European Union.
