OUR STORY

We started our journey in 1996 with the launch of our first venture, Internet Egypt, one of the earliest Internet Service Providers in the country. The company achieved remarkable success, reaching a valuation at a 100x multiple, and was later acquired by the major telecom operator Etisalat (now known as e&).

In 2003, we established IM, becoming one of the first companies in Egypt to offer free dial-up internet access through the number 07775000. As the telecommunications and IT infrastructure rapidly evolved nationwide, IM transitioned to providing ADSL services to both individuals and businesses—positioning itself as one of Egypt’s leading internet providers.

IM Holding has then evolved into a diversified investment group with a presence across multiple high-growth sectors. Guided by a forward-looking vision, IM Holding actively invests in innovation, enabling business transformation across Egypt, the Middle East, and beyond.

Today, the group holds strategic ventures in digital technology services, plastic recycling, animal feed, fin-tech, sports management, e-commerce, and consultancy — with a growing investment footprint in the UAE, Qatar, and the UK.

Among its portfolio of companies, IM Solutions stands out as the fastest-growing subsidiary — a data-driven digital solutions provider supporting businesses in navigating fast-changing markets.
